Stand Like a Rock

When I read this it made me think of our recent roll-out for our vision alignment.  Sitting up on the platform Sunday night, fielding questions from attendees, I noticed that some people are more comfortable with change than others...and some are more easily swayed (both good and bad) than others.

Regarding the changes in my department: in matters of style (how we do something, how it looks and feels) I am flexible.  I can swim with the current.  in matters of principle (what we are doing, what the vision is) I am going to stand like a rock.
